By 1989, it had established its own extrusion line. In 2000, the Leeds-based company began selling sheet plastic products. The activities of this branch of the main plant developed rapidly. In 2000, a second extrusion line and a centralised industrial waste shredding complex were installed. Production was in full swing, with changes occurring every year. By 2002, the company had installed granulation equipment for recycling shredded materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By 2005, the plant had been accredited to the ISO 9001:2000 quality management standard. The following year, the section of the enterprise responsible for renting separators was sold. Semi-finished products come in various forms, such as extruded sheets and rolls for printing, thermoforming, mechanical processing, laser processing, manufacturing, gluing, or welding, as well as layer separators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The plant works closely with its clients to identify the most effective ways to create the final product. It operates as an independent manufacturer of extruded polyolefin sheets and films tailored to specific client applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The plastic separators are manufactured with various technical characteristics, sizes, and finishes. These characteristics are conveyed to external users of layer platforms and operators of platform pools where layers are produced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The export quota accounts for 70% of the total production volume. The company\u2019s own transport fleet delivers the products. The production process operates 24\/7 on a three-shift system. The company\u2019s annual turnover is \u20ac9 million, producing 4,000 tonnes of products annually. Five silos store the most commonly used raw materials. Two modern production lines extrude polypropylene and polyethylene into sheets and films.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Various production process options are implemented at the plant. Each line is equipped for co-extrusion, lamination, embossing, cutting, shaping, stacking, and rolling. All processing takes place entirely on-site, with equipment for shredding, processing, pre-drying raw materials, and recycling production waste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A special polar cutter allows for precise small cuts. Even production waste is immediately recycled, all within the same plant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finished products are packaged to meet high-quality standards and stored safely in climate-controlled warehouses.
